So many of you have asked how I use my oils every day so I finally decided to just sit down and tell you all about it. 🙂
At first, I admit it, I was skeptical. And I think this is totally normal when you are first introduced to essential oils.
I mean, it’s easy to be skeptical because…well…logic. If these things are so amazing, why aren’t they more widely used and discussed, etc.
Anyway, back to the real point of this post which is my daily routine with oils.
I think many of you have heard me say this. My first oils were for respiratory health, achy muscles and immune boosting. So I kept it pretty basic. I didn’t try to do anything too nuts. After a few months of consistency, I was noticing how much more energy I had, how much more healthy I felt and how my sleep was improving!
Who doesn’t want all that?
And this was just with a FEW oils!
I know most of you want to go all in because you know why these magic fluids matter and you’ve experienced some success with them. And I’m here to help!
I use my oils daily for calming and grounding me first thing in the morning, to emotional support throughout the day, to cleaning my home, to my face and hair. I use the oils based on how I’m feeling, the stress that’s around me, my “to do” list and more.
Each morning, my oil routine is how I set myself up to feel good which I believe is THE core to setting myself up for success for my day.
Typically that means starting with more calming, motivating oils. So oils like Lavender or its big sister, Serenity, Balance, sometimes Vetiver (although that’s more my husband’s go to), Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, and my personal favorite, Frankincense.
Most of all, especially in the middle of winter, I do not want to get run down or catch a nasty virus….
So one of my main goals is to keep my immune system supported. So I use oils in my toothpaste and my mouthwash to help maintain and support a strong immune system. That includes oils like OnGuard, Clove, Lemon, and Melaleuca.
All my supplementation that I take throughout the day will include oils that support my digestion, joint health, brain function and more.
Those oils include DigestZen and Peppermint for digestive support; Frankincense, Deep Blue, and Orange for joint health; and finally, Lavender, Frankincense, Vetiver, Lemon and Peppermint for optimal brain clarity.
Last but not least, I must have a GREAT nights rest.
My life is busy and I am motivated to do as much as possible because, as far as I know, I’m only here once. And I know that most of my stress and anxiety comes from or at least is increased due to lack of sleep. Oils that promote great sleep include Lavender, Serenity, Vetiver, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Sandalwood, and Roman Chamomile.
So all of those amazing calming, restful oils are used in my room at night to keep me in the best state of sleep possible.
If you want to learn more and have me help you set up an EASY to follow routine, just send me a note now and let’s chat.
