Voted best yoga teacher in Loudoun county two years in a row.
I have been teaching yoga for more than 16 years.
I am a Certified Yoga Teacher at the highest certification level of ERYT-500. This means I’ve taken well over 500 hours of classes on how to teach yoga, how to assist yoga students in yoga poses, all anatomy & physiology, and the philosophy and history of the yoga tradition.
I owned my own yoga studio for 5 years and managed another from just one location to growth into two locations. I also helped it to become the “Best Yoga Studio” in the county for several years running. I have been voted the “Best Yoga Teacher” in the county for multiple years running.
My passion is to help people find themselves through the practice of yoga. Yoga is more than a physical practice and that becomes clear to anyone that practices it more than just a few times.

Why Corporate YogaCorporate Wellness Through YogaYoga is a time-tested practice that cultivates boundless levels of energetic and physical fitness. Corporate employees deserve the opportunity to reduce stress and tension AND become more physically fit. It’s a busy world we live in today, with increasing demands on employers and employees alike. We work long hours, often hunched over a computer. We skip meals, keep a phone glued to our ear, and rarely leave our workspace for a break. Before long, these work habits begin to take their toll on our bodies and minds in the form of stress, tension and sickness. And while a mild amount of stress can help us meet deadlines, too much stress, or constant stress, can interfere with numerous physical and mental abilities. How we respond to stress can have a significant impact on our total health. Yoga can remove stress from the body and mind. Corporate Yoga Programs Have Many Benefits
